i see the unfortunate unease to call me by he but please don't refer to me as her. i realize its difficult to remember when i am wearing a bra and skirt but it hurts so please refrain from calling me she, remind yourself i am they and that pronoun is here to stay every day of my life from when i had come out to my friends and more there is no doubt that i am they to the core of my being despite what you are physically seeing since i choose to present more femme. i assure you i am still them. and that does not stem from a hatred of my womanhood. i embrace both masc and femme. i wish it was understood by you all who see me as merely she. but you are stuck in the binary. and it sucks. but i have no apologies and give no fucks. there is no luck that i will be pushed back into the closet due to fear of being heard and seen that i am here. and i am queer. i have the right to stay and say hey i am they. please respect that. and unpack all your sexist notions. your devotions to transphobia, homophobia. ill reassure all ya, we were here before your racist grandma or grandpa who taught your mom or your dad, your uncles and your aunts. that this isn't okay. it's just a fad. not natural. more caricatural. nearly wiped us out through colonization. this isn't some trend or sensation put on tabloids to increase circulation and monetary destination. please remember we are human beings. despite you disagreeing about our very existence. we still eat, we still breathe, we still bleed, we still sleep, we still dream. big about a world where i am more than just a silly girl. i am he and am they. i am more than the fucking slurs you say. so don't tell me you are praying for me. no need to condescend. i assure you i will still transcend this physical body to embody somebody like me and her and he. we are them and we are they. no matter what you say or how you feel we are definitely real.
